5 Alarm's Service Department has developed a preventive maintenance program to ensure that your ambulance stays in top performing condition. Please read details.

Our factory certified service technicians will:

• Recalibrate System 2000, O2 tank pressure, O2 line pressure, inside and outside temp, amperage and load demand.
  
  
• Check and reset System 2000 program to specs.
  
  
• Check all connections at main, front and rear boards. Replace pin connectors as needed. Tighten board fasteners.
  
  
• Check for operation of emergency lights and sirens, replace as needed. (bulbs extra) Test all grounds, light bar and exterior light systems, chassis and module.
  
  
• Check interior lights and systems for proper operation, replace as needed. (bulbs extra)
  
  
• Check operation of all Horton installed electrical components, suction device, battery charger, inverter, etc.
  
  
• Check rear HVAC system and clean filter.
  
  
• Check and adjust doors and gas hold opens. Adjust nader bolts, lube latches and hinges. Replace damaged weather stripping. Tighten all screws around doors and windows, replace if needed.
  
  
• Check air bag suspension for pressure and leaks. Retorque body to frame U-bolts and cot mounts
